Primula veris
One of the first spring bloomers with an intense fragrance and beautiful, yellowish flowers.
Cowslip flowers like to grow in the garden in sunny, semi-dry to dry locations with chalky, loose soil and can also run themselves wild. As they are cold germinators, they should be sown in autumn or, in the case of propagation containers, an artificial cooling period should be created in the refrigerator. Needs some time to germinate. Cowslip is hardy.
