The ordered goods will be dispatched by post / DHL. The shipping costs include costs for processing and shipping and amount to €3.50 within Germany.
For shipping and handling for orders from abroad, the shipping fee is €8.
If only vouchers are ordered, the shipping costs for the vouchers are waived. The flat rate is for the entire order and includes the statutory VAT for shipping within Germany. The delivery time is usually 2-6 working days.
In the case of urgent deliveries, please contact us by e-mail so that we can process the order more quickly if necessary. We will dispatch subsequent deliveries within Germany free of charge.
From a value of goods of 30 euros, we send your order free of charge within Germany.
We do not send any further dispatch confirmation, but take your goods directly to the post office.
