An annual hardy variety eaten dried or fresh with salad, vegetables or fish.
In addition to the herb, the flowers are also used, e.g. for pickling cucumbers. The plants grow up to 80 cm high and should be sown several times a year if used regularly. As a medicinal herb, dill also has a digestive effect.
